Our centralised accident and incident reporting software ensures that when your staff make a report, the relevant people are notified in real-time. And because CRAMS is a high availability, cloud-based solution, your staff can make and manage reports wherever they’re based. That could be at another of your sites, off-site or even in a different country.

Accident reporting software
When an accident related to work tasks is reported, the relevant CRAMS is brought off the live system and dropped into ‘Pending Review’. This allows the Competent Person to determine whether it’s staff behaviour or the method statement itself at fault. The next step would be to re-train the staff member(s) in question or amend the method statement, with any change to the document resulting in all users being notified when they next log in.
Incident reporting software
Incident reporting is something that’s often missing from health and safety reporting software, but recording this data can help businesses prevent further incidents. CRAMS incident reports allow COSHH product entry, so when you review the incident you know exactly what product was used. This links back to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) in your product library, so you can check if a COSHH-related incident could have been anticipated by a staff member, or if better training or guidance should be provided.
Hazard reporting software
Hazard or near-miss reporting is a best-practice technique that prevents accidents and incidents before they happen. Your staff are able to log in to CRAMS, report a hazard and even offer their thoughts on the appropriate corrective action. Reports can be prioritised and the relevant people notified if an instant resolution is required. So if a delivery driver leaves a pallet in front of a fire door, an emergency CRAMS can be built and corrective action taken without the need for hindsight.
