CRAMS offers Network as a free add-in to help our users ensure collaborative compliance. Network can be used to turn CRAMS into a construction health and safety management software solution designed for project management teams and the construction sector – but it can be used just as effectively by white label users and organisations with multiple divisions. It’s also used successfully as risk assessment software for schools and other academic institutions.

Collaborative compliance
To get started, just ask us to enable Network for your CRAMS site and tell us who you want to collaborate with. You can collaborate with as many Network sites as you need to and share different information with each one.
CRAMS Network is most commonly used by Health and Safety Consultants to manage their clients’ compliance, and is also used to manage collaborative projects where all stakeholders can share health and safety information amongst themselves.
Clear visibility
As a CRAMS Network customer you will have access to a central dashboard that holds your own information and anything shared within your CRAMS Network. The dashboard provides clear visibility of all documents and their respective statuses.
You’ll also be able to advise stakeholders of current competence and let them know when reviews and expiry dates are due. Risk assessments, method statements, policies, toolbox talks, reports, news and training records can all be shared, and Network will notify all linked multi-company users when a document is due for review or is about to expire.

Stakeholder authorisation
CRAMS Network customers can submit risk assessments and wait for authorisation before beginning work, with the authorisation process involving as many stakeholders as required. Once authorised by all stakeholders, the Competent Person can submit the document for acknowledgement by the staff undertaking the work, with Network recording a comprehensive audit trial of all authorisations.
The stakeholder may be an external consultant who acts as the company’s competent person or an external project management company requiring sign-off before they commence work.
