Hub & Link is construction health and safety management software designed for project management teams and the construction sector, but it can be used just as effectively by White Label Resellers and organisations with multiple divisions. It’s also used successfully as risk assessment software for schools and other academic institutions.
A CRAMS Hub would normally be a CRAMS site belonging to a construction or project management company, with the Links made up of smaller businesses such as contractors and sub-contractors. However, Hub & Link is extremely versatile so no matter the industry you’re operating in or the purpose of your collaboration, CRAMS can satisfy your large-scale health and safety management needs.
As a CRAMS Hub customer you will have access to a central dashboard which holds information relating to one or more Link customers. The Hub dashboard provides clear visibility of all documents and their respective statuses.
Link customers can share information, such as risk assessments, insurance indemnities, professional accreditation, policies and procedures. They’re also able to advise stakeholders of current competence and let them know when reviews and expiry dates are due.
The Hub allows Link customers to submit their risk assessments and wait for authorisation to work, with the authorisation procedure involving as many stakeholders as required.
Once authorised by the Hub, the Link Competent Person is able submit the document for acknowledgement by the staff member undertaking the work.
