CRAMS offers centralised document storage that allows you to create and manage company policies from a single, intuitive interface. Whether you need to store health and safety policies or guidelines around sickness and absence reporting, you can ensure that your staff have access to the latest information. As with all documents within CRAMS, relevant users will be notified that a policy requires their attention, allowing you to track outstanding or overdue acknowledgements.

Health & safety inductions
One of the biggest difficulties our customers faced was the mountains of paperwork associated with employee inductions – but CRAMS has changed how they work.
New starters can be added to CRAMS and assigned an occupation, with relevant documents and all training requirements delivered according to their role within your organisation. New members of staff can even be assigned occupations before they start, so everything’s ready for when they commence their duties. All without a sheet of paper in sight!
Rolling renewal
Our customers have found that introducing CRAMS has led to a more positive health and safety culture, which can help to improve staff turnover, but how do you ensure that important information stays fresh in the mind?
All policies stored on CRAMS have rolling renewal, with staff prompted to re-acknowledge company policies at set intervals or whenever the document has been amended and reissued. Staff are also able to review policies at any time.

Supporting mental health
We know talking about mental health issues can be difficult for those affected, but what if you could find a way to make sure your staff are aware of the help that’s available?
With CRAMS you can easily issue your mental health support policy to staff, alongside details of internal mental health first aiders, support staff and links to external resources. Breaking down communication barriers is important to ensure a healthy workforce – you could even encourage staff to use the ‘report an issue’ function to ask for help or support.
