Good Health and Safety management doesn’t happen by accident. Time, effort, correct systems of documenting and monitoring and a change in attitude are key in implementing a good health and safety policy.
CRAMS has helped us with this as it is a live, dynamic and interactive system with great training features that engages our people at all levels.
It is a detailed risk assessment tool however it is very simple in application. The notification process helps us ensure managers are constantly updated and can act proactively.Abhijit David, Implementation Manager, Parklane Group
Managing H&S on CRAMS is a breeze! In the past, utilising a manual H&S system over multi sites was most challenging and very time consuming for us. By setting up and automating our H&S processes in CRAMS, there is now very little need for human intervention and error which has save us loads of time and effort.
The feature that stands out most for me is the Real-time notifications that users receive when changes occur to all aspects of the CRAMS system. Whether this be a new, edited or deleted risk assessment or method statement, MSDS sheet, accidents or incident or new training or refresher requirements, my team, over all my sites, are always fully informed and up to date.
This peace of mind is priceless! I would wholeheartedly recommend CRAMS to other businesses who are serious about process improvement and want to save oodles of time!Sophie Price, Business Manager, Unity Facilities Management
CRAMS thank you! Your software is fantastic! It is easy to use and navigate and compiling just one document for risk assessment with a method statement, reduces the number of documents we have to manage which is brilliant.
In addition, CRAMS provide all our relevant H&S competency training, and this has given us confidence that our staff are able to do the job that we require them to undertake safely. Our training costs have reduced significantly too.
Furthermore, new joiner management was always disjointed for us. CRAMS has provided the perfect solution as the system helps us manage this process by recognising risk assessments and method statements requiring new starter review and acknowledgement prior to commencing work. Because CRAMS translate in over 50 languages, lack of understanding isn’t a barrier to safe working anymore either.Edward Wick, Director, MGI Facilities Management
