Online ART tool
Our Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART) tool is based on an HSE resource that we’ve developed into an accessible online tool. It’s designed to help you assess the common risk factors in repetitive work that contribute to the development of Upper Limb Disorders (ULDs), and will help you put in place measures to avoid such injuries amongst your workforce.
This free tool can be used as a standalone resource, but if you’re using CRAMS to manage your health and safety at work obligations you can import completed assessments into your full risk assessments.
Clear guidance
Our free tool will you identify repetitive tasks that carry significant risk – typically in assembly, production, packing or sorting environments – and provide guidance on where to focus risk reduction measures. It will also provide guidance on how to meet your legal obligations and ensure the wellbeing of employees who perform repetitive work.
ART is not intended to be used for Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments – we have a separate DSE assessment tool designed for that purpose. CRAMS also comes fully loaded with 50+ e-learning courses covering topics as diverse as manual handling, lone working and information security.
