Working in real-time, our EHS audit software supports the creation and management of risk assessments and method statements on a site, people and task-specific basis. CRAMS also delivers competency training through the cloud, with over 70 CPD/RoSPA certified health and safety e-learning courses included.

Meet the CRAMS team

Justin Jones
Software Development Director
An approachable and creative problem-solver, Justin enjoys learning new skills and has a proven record of accomplishment as an excellent leader, communicator, technical consultant, test analyst, radiographer and manager. With a wealth of experience and countless achievements in the tech and healthcare sectors, he has a particularly good eye for detail. In his spare time, he plays pool in a local league and likes to listen to an eclectic mix of music.

Jo Thompson
Sales and Marketing Director
Jo is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 22 years’ experience of running her own successful businesses. Her relational approach to customer service ensures that clients remain at the centre of all she does. This approach has enabled her to retain clients, many of which are still trading with her 20+ years on. In her spare time, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and walking with her dog, Archie.

Steve Moss, PHD.
Senior DevOps Engineer
A Doctor of Computational Genomics and multi-lingual developer with eclectic interests across the computer and information sciences. He is deeply interested in utilising computational infrastructure and techniques to solve problems, with a focus on data intensive disciplines. In his spare time, as well as spending time with family, he likes to keep active and can often be found biking, swimming, visiting the gym or practising martial arts and boxing. He is also a keen learner, with a passion for reading.

Tim Chadwick
Commercial Director
A hard and dedicated worker with an appetite for innovation, Tim started his career as a Heating and Ventilation Engineer. This gave him some of the tools required to move into the Facilities Management (FM) sector, giving him the chance to work on some of the UKs most prestigious buildings and contracts. In his spare time, he is member of a local pool team and he also enjoys walks with his spaniel, Choppa, along the beautiful cliff tops near Scarborough.

Lucy Atkinson
Business Support Manager
With over a decade of experience providing IT support to a mixed portfolio of SME clients, Lucy has an excellent understanding of the needs and dynamics of the modern workplace. She is best known for her excellent communication skills and for breaking IT stereotypes and jargon with a smile. In her spare time Lucy enjoys spending time with her son and step-children, loves days out at the beach and is an avid reader of all things health and safety.

Jessica Bray
Business Support Assistant
With 10 years of experience in digital marketing, Jess likes to bring a creative approach to the CRAMS team. She has a keen eye and a passion for design, finding new ways to bring CRAMS to life and get the message out to businesses that need a better way to manage health and safety.
