Jo Thompson is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 22 years’ experience of running her own successful businesses.
Having a wealth of experience selling products and services, predominantly to the hospitality and healthcare sectors, she puts endless amounts of time, commitment, energy, and enthusiasm into her commercial ventures to ensure her stakeholders all receive positive outcomes.
From early on, Jo realised that she was good with people and attributes much of her success in business to the close working partnerships she nurtures with other people, whether that be her customers, suppliers, colleagues, or business affiliates. Jo believes that being able to tease the best out of people, is fundamental for overall success.
Jo has substantial experience in leading and managing teams and recruiting and retaining good people. She believes that by developing, training, and encouraging people to be autonomous, enriches roles and is essential for business longevity and stability.
Her relational approach to customer service ensures that clients remain at the centre of all she does. This approach has enabled her to retain clients, many of which are still trading with her 20+ years on.
In her spare time Jo likes to go to the gym, swim, read and socialise with friends and family.
